Delete all: one rows sometimes remains #34

When this happens, SYNC will show that it's not complete and when it finally gets completed, the UI is not updated.

This looks to be a problem deeper down, perhaps in the live query or the syncing. It's also not a huge problem since it's a very rare use case and one that can be repaired easily on the client side (just delete the entry manually).
