Reconnect issues #39

There are problems when the network changes or the device is idle for a while: The sync seems to break and never picks up again. (Supposedly this should be improved with Touchdb persistent replication but it doesn't seem to work reliably.)

Switching back to normal replication does not fix the problem. Also there are now weird replication counts showing up:

Perhaps this was introduced by some touchdb changes?

This renders the network activity indicator useless, because it will essentially always be on. Sync progress never seems to catch up.
