Update Rendere 2 pakage #122

sync with angular 9 rules

dear friend, is that enough upgrading renderer to version 2? I'm using Angular 9.1 IVY. by the way how can I implement the ng2 package in my project? should I fork the codes and simply add it to my utils folder for example or not? Is there any way to install the renderer2 upgraded ng2.jalali... by npm ?

@daustany dear mehdi you can test this merge directly from github please read this answer on SO We will soon fix this problem and push new pakage to npmjs site
