Paramaters adjusted to 100 (panning centered at 50 instead of 64).  It
would prevent confusion when playing Nitrotracker XM modules in other
players/programs.

To keep consistent with for example Fasttracker II and MilkyTracker, the panning
center should be at 80, in the middle of 00-FF range.
