add update_x_passphrase #34

This should make it easier to change a WLAN Password. it also referrers to #28. It uses the build in PUT function.

sorry for the "delay". This PR went out of my scope. I rebased it. again. sorry

Would be nice to get this in, as I want to change passphrase on the guest network regularly..
