Missing card layer [Feature Request]

The fan row is missing a card background. I am requesting that a default card background is added, and by default should match the theme.

Current, without background:

fan no back

Mockup of request with card layer:

fan back

Padding will be needed on the right side or else the off button will be right on top of the card layer's edge.

Just realized this is meant to be put in an entities card, which will solve my problem. Never mind!
