fix: change to async_forward_entry_setup #50

async_setup_platforms is being deprecated in Home Assistant so switching to async_forward_entry_setups before 2023.3.0 is released.

Sorry, I just saw this.

I made a change that seems to be working but is different than yours. Is there a downside to doing it the way I did it? Or should I use yours instead?

I modeled my change on the HACS integration entry.
