Improvement/camera button separate from thumbnails #6

For certain devices the camera-button would slightly overlap the center-thumbnail on some devices showing the viewFinder as windowed. (iPhone 5 et al).

This branch dynamically changes the collection-view containing the cells based on the view-frame.
