We could enhance load_nela_data_and_sanity_check() as follows:

Check range of some continuous variables, e.g. age
Check (with tolerance) prevalence of each category
Check (with tolerance) distribution of continuous variables

This is very low priority at the moment, given that we are working with an unchanging dataset that we have done extensive manual inspection of. Therefore closing
