I've changed the placeholder tests to True so they don't fail, as that makes the CI unhappy. Coverage badge should start working once we pull into master i think. @finncatling will leave it to you to merge just in case you're working on anything else. At the moment 1 test is faiiing

Looks great. Just going to tweak a couple of minor things, then will create a new pull request and merge
