Plotting script for novel model #84

Analogous to 03_plot_current_model.py. For convenience of use and flexibility later it is probably best to make a separate script for the novel model plotting rather than parameterising 03_plot_current_model.py to plot both models

I will leave the PDP plotting within 08_train_eval_novel_model.py as it is very useful during model refinement

86 begins to address this but more novel model plots need to be ported over from the nelarisk codebase

Thinking for the manuscript we probably want to have each factor plotted individually as well as the all together page
