Problem seems related to the BBR-step.

  1. Initial shows that they are slightly off image

  2. First init step work fine. Almost perfect now image

  3. Second BBR-step messes things up image

Yes, something is not working with the BBR-step.

This is FLIRT BBR without using an initialisation step. Even further off! image
