Feature/sensitivity-setting #74

Implements a slider in Launcher settings that can adjust the sensitivity (how distinct / perpendicular gestures have to be).

Closes #73 - Yayy! :tada:

Changes will be included in the next release, either v1.6.0 or v1.5.1!
