Make the clock moveable #75

When we use a text based wallpaper the clock override the text of the wallpaper.

Please add an ability to drag the clock in the settings and also an option to disable it."

I just implemented an empty date format that basically removes the date / time. Hope you have an amazing start into 2021 - Launcher v1.6.0 is waiting around the corner (soon released) : )
