Comments:

• As long as we map OCI tenancy to FOCUS SubAccount, we might consider retrieving OCI tenant (tenancy) name through OCI Identity and Access Management Service API - Tenancy - GetTenancy endpoint using lineItem/tenantId.
• Not sure if the same API can be used for retrieving data about Child Tenancies and/or if more suitable OCI API(s) exist.
• If we choose to map the OCI compartment, rather than the OCI tenant, to FOCUS SubAccount, both product/compartmentId and product/compartmentName are available in OCI Cost and Usage Report files and can be mapped to FOCUS SubAccountId and FOCUS SubAccountName.
