this contribution looks great @andrewnhem - one small fix is required: the "Functional Activities" content is not categorized by FinOps Persona ( instead the maturity levels have been repeated). i think once that's been fixed then should be good-to-go. thanks so much for grabbing this one.

@vnm-fodo sounds good. The sort by maturity was from the user suggestion, but I'll weigh your preference higher here. I've sorted them by the personas the user identified.
