Finalize co-hosts, programming, and promotion for GHC Open Source Day #56

Once FINOS receives the formal acceptance for our OSD abstract (submitted by Lise Nobel), the DEI SIG will orchestrate the programming for the pure virtual event, for the full day on Oct 4th, 2024

Programming will include:

Co-hosts
Project breakout room hosts
Featured FINOS projects with hands on activities

In addition, we will need to coordinate marketing and promotional activities, and swag, with @grizzwolf

The Run of Show has been submitted to AnitaB.org; we will need to finalize the fifteen participants/maintainers who will support FINOS at the event by August 16th. Current Run of Show and supporters/maintainers can be found here: Run of Show - FINOS\

Lise Nobel, Brittany Istenes, and Karl Moll will serve as the three room hosts for the event, on October 4th (pure virtual event, opening the Grace Hopper Celebration)
