Fix bridging event messages that should allow a null context type #1130

resolves #1109

Corrects the typing for the contextType fields in the PrivateChannel.onAddContextListener and PrivateChannel.onUnsubscribe messages and adds a few missing title/description field in other PrivateChannel messages that I spotted while fixing this.
