Merges recent changes from the fdc3-for-web branch + main into fdc3-for-web-impl.

Fixes applied for:

• Renamed iframe messages
• heartbeat handling
• window.fdc3 being optional (in Methods.ts)
• Corrected casing of privateChannelAddEventListenerRequest/Response
