Due to CVE-2023-4039 (libatomic1 arch64 vulnerability) and soon end-of-life of Ubuntu 20.04, SMB Jenkins build pipeline is moved to Ubuntu 22.04.

Shouldn't we delete the ubuntu-focal Dockerfile and build scripts?
