[REQUEST] Document how Theme Builder can be used to improve the accessibility of the FINOS TraderX as the simple use case of BYOD

Suggestion/Concern

The FINOS Tech Sprint is an opportunity to work with others in the FINOS community to expand awareness and capability of FINOS projects.

We would like to use this opportunity to use Theme Builder to improve the accessibility of the FINOS TraderX app, which has a very simple 'front end' that is a good 'hello world' level use case for accessible design best practices.

Proposed Solution

Steps could include:

• Initial assessment of the existing app and CSS
• Create wireframes using PenPot as a best practice and store them in the TraderX App
• Use Theme Builder to design a palette and components
• Generate CSS that can be dropped in to TraderX to enable some level of WCAG compliance, light/dark mode etc
