Problem/Concern

@lwnoble asked me to create this issue. We need to determine if it is best to have component styling in one big file (perhaps broken into component-specific sections) or to have individual CSS files for each component. Lise, could you please add more detail here? I assume that you are thinking about the styling that will be generated from the JSON tokens in v2?
