Added required documentation #23

Customized the required documentation elements, please give a close eye and let me know if you have any suggestions. When we're satisfied with this, we'll need to apply the same changes to the blueprint repo

@AdrianHammond you can see the bith fix in my previous comment/commit. The RDA typo was in the removed content, as far as I can tell.
