Meeting Minutes

Stevie: In the process of drafting guidelines for Milestones. The main focus of the meeting is to get the input from participants regarding what should and shouldn’t go into the milestone guidelines Stevie: Should be owned by the Communication WG & shouldn’t be base on time. Should have couple of milestones achieved every 6 months (frequency need to be decided later on) Rob: Biggest upcoming milestone is the OSFF in end of September. Need CCC to present something in the OSFF Stevie & Eddie: Adrion, Jared and Robert Griffith is working on that Eddie: Communication working group should be in spotlight Eddie: CFI project is willing to talk in the OSFF Rob, Eddie & Micheal - Team up CCC & CFI to do a e2e presentation. Proposal needs to be submitted Stevie: How frequently should be the milestones Sonali: Should we have internal milestones? Stevie: Gitlab doesn’t support that. Eddie: Should create sub milestones for Taxonomy milestone, Delivery milestone, etc. for the OSFF milestone. Stevie: Planning these milestones. Should this be part of All hands or separate milestone meetings? Micheal: Separate milestone meeting Sonali: Part of all hands. Rob: base on what you want to demo in the milestone work out what should be the other sub milestones. Eddie: Delivery working group mailing list to do the pre work on this Micheal: interface with CFI and CCC should be done Stevie, Eddie: Delivery WG should handle that Actions from this
