[5xx] Update DSL #3006

For PRs updating the Rune DSL version - can we please create a GitHub Issue (the contents of your release notes is fine for that). Make sure both issue and PR are tagged with "Category: Technical/Patch".

Moving forward - we will make sure all such Issues/PRs looked at in the TAWG meetings.
