Archiving project due to inactivity.

What's next?

Upon submission of this proposal, the FINOS team will follow the checklist reported below.

Confirm archiviation

[x] Validate reasons for project archival
[x] Discuss request with FINOS Leadership team
[x] Get in touch with Project Lead. If she/he agrees with the request, then move forward

Archive project

[x] Remove all permissions from GitHub repos Member Access
[x] Remove incubating or active badges from README.md
[x] Archive all Github repositories related with the project
[x] Update FINOS Metadata
[x] Update FINOS Landscape
[x] Submit ticket to LF to update SFDC
[x] Remove project Leads from the finos-project-maintainers@finos.org list
[x] Remove project Leads from the project-maintainers Team
