Create badge for FINOS labs #233

Hey @maoo @mcleo-d, very much like we have for forming, incubating, active and archived projects, can we create a badge for projects that are in FINOS labs?

That way we could also start having labs projects in the landscape for example or at least have a clear way to reference labs projects in a visual way and in our lifecycle.

@mindthegab - couldn't / shouldn't we consider labs a formation stage?

I agree with @maoo - FINOS Labs is very much a formation / experimentation playground. I think only a single badge is needed until the point of contribution to FINOS.

After discussing with Gab, we decided to move forward with the badge, since the Formation stage is mainly aimed for initiatives that need some work before becoming public, whereas labs is a public endeavior.
