How to report code of conduct violations virtually? #57

Where we're asking people to report conduct matters to a representative on-site, should we also include virtual event scenarios too?

As the FINOS Code of Conduct prescribes, emailing legal@linuxfoundation.org is the right avenue to report code of conduct violations, both virtually or in person.
