Create a private FINOS project kanban board for DataHub

Description

Create a private kanban for DataHub in FINOS projects and automate / review the following project workflow.

• To Do
• Prioritised
• In Progress
• Done

Success Criteria

• [x] Create private project kanban
• [x] Add To Do, Prioritised, In Progress and Done columns
• [x] Add initial automation to each column
• [x] Review with DataHub project team (@grovesy and @maoo)
• [x] Add initial DataHub Issues to project kanban

The private DataHub kanban has been added to the FINOS organisation https://github.com/orgs/finos/projects/12 and includes To Do, Prioritised, In Progress and Done columns.

The initial column automation has been configured as below.
