Company Name and Industry Sic code should work from country-string and industry-string in addition to Industry Object and Country Object

Description of Problem:

The Company Name needs a complete Industry and Country object in data frame to work - if a field containing the country or industry is a string (instead of the correct object) - the string should be used to resolve the country/industry
