Add Dialog BI Fields #289

Goal of this ticket is to:

Add the Dialog BI fields: uiactions_openim and uiactions_opendialog to match the use described in the BI spec
Remove the expandablecards BI field, this BI field can be inferred from all the other expandablecards_* fields
