The Build is Broken because some Libraries build to .net461 which is not available on Linux and macos #5

Describe the bug The CI builds are broken.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run a build '...'
  2. Watch it fail in the linux step '....'

Expected behavior The CI build should succeed
