Update morphir-scala support.md #275

Update the support.md for the morphir-scala library. This updates the Decimal and Float functionality to reflect new changes and functions that were implemented, but not labeled as such (at time of this commit).

The Morphir.SDK.Float section has been removed, due to it having no corresponding IR in the morphir-scala library (and what functionality it was referring to was therefore unclear or confusing).
