Need more InnerSource case studies and fresh eyes on these ideas

Please directly add edits and we can discuss after they are added to avoid back and forth.

Some comments from today's OSR meeting:

  1. "Job Creation" might not be the way of selling to management, might be better to talk about efficiency or innovation.
  2. Retaining Talent: is another driver. People can learn open source skills from working on InnerSource.
  3. Expand on the ROI: what should be measured?
  4. Link case studies in "Further Reading" section if possible. PayPal is a really good case study, perhaps expand on it and quote in the article.
