Improve Readability of Tooltips (#1006)

This pull request addresses an issue related to the readability of tooltips on charts. The decimal points in the tooltips were unclear and hard to read at a glance, especially when numbers were bold. The changes aim to enhance the clarity and visual appeal of tooltips for better user experience.

Changes Made

• Increased the font size of numbers in tooltips for better visibility.
• Applied a different font weight only to the numbers, avoiding bold styling for the entire tooltip.
• Added a distinct color to highlight numbers and decimal points.
• Adjusted the background and border of tooltips for improved separation.

Testing These changes have not been tested locally, and community testing and feedback are welcomed.
