During the data stream part, some times has 403 errior #2516

Bug Report

  1. Local host sometimes can't stream data.

Expected Result: Can easy to stream data from the Chase prespective real time data

Actual Result: ...403 Error Environment: Mac, local environment Note: during the chase forage practice part. The task 2-3 need to stream data but failed.
