Update Project Blueprint to Docusaurus V2 #26

Created new PR due to issues with removing .docusaurus files. Preview is up and running at: https://frosty-brattain-839df7.netlify.app/

Hi @TheJuanAndOnly99 , thanks for the PR, we're almost there!

  1. I see that the website/static/ folder contains a lot of stuff that is not used; please delete all the content that is not used
  2. I see that README.md mentions open-developer-platform instead of {project slug}, please review.
  3. Make sure that https://odp.finos.org/docs/project-collaboration/#how-to-use-this-blueprint docs are correct: follow instructions, make sure that everything works as expected and link this URL into the blueprint README.md
  4. Remove the workflow folder and add mention Netlify on the README as "the default way to serve FINOS websites publicly"

When these are fixed, I'd be happy to merge.
