Separate out "demos" from "tools"

Lots of the stuff in demos are actually usable bots - poll bot, rss bot etc.

Also, Koreai should be in tools as should the build reporters.

• we should be building and deploying the jars of the tools into maven central
• we need to make sure the group Id is correct on these.

Let's target this in the next release.
