Feature Request

Update the logo for the project. Logos here: https://github.com/finos/branding/tree/master/project-logos/active-project-logos/Symphony%20Java%20Toolkit%20Logo

There are various places we should use these - on the main README, and also on the chat workflow bot icon (SVG encoded)
