Bio: Currently advising FINOS on CDM project, and also very interested in encouraging integration and finding synergies with other active FINOS projects which is an important consideration for TOC to champion.

Previously advising ISDA on the development and execution of their Data and Digital Strategy, including CDM, FpML and document digitisation plus other Fintech, Regtech and Legaltech issues which the association faces.

Previously Director of Data and Digital Solutions and Market Infrastructure and Technology, leading ISDA's Common Domain Model (ISDA CDM*) initiative. Joined ISDA in May 2014.

Has held was various roles in Equity, Credit and Interest Rate Derivative Operations at RBS. Prior to that, an Executive in Structured Capital Markets at Barclays and worked in Equity Derivative Operations at UBS.

Holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Trinity College Dublin (Computers and Electronics), Master of Science degrees in Electronic Engineering (Digital Signal Processing) from King’s College London and Mathematical Trading & Finance from Cass Business School.

Reasons for candidacy: Active contributor to the CDM project & Co-Chair of Financial Objects SIG. I believe I can give a unique perspective to the TOC based on my experience developing standards and best practices for financial markets (via trade association and industry groups) that must meet high bar of credibility for regulatory and legal use cases which are couched in deep product knowledge of derivatives and securities markets.
