Reasons for candidacy

FINOS and the community are developing projects that have the ability to transform how financial firms operate. As an experienced software engineer and architect in capital markets and by working across the many different sub-verticals in financial services being able to survey requirements, proposed solutions, and then taking such projects to production at scale, Mr. Seidel believes that open source technology can deliver better standards, solutions and frameworks that can meaningfully contribute towards the cohesion of the projects from the FINOS community and will make a broad impact towards such a vision.
