"callRecords" array changed to communicationRecord which will be parent object for:

type (callRecordType) comUUID (callUUID) universalID csID direction (callDirection) startTime (recordingStartTime) endTime activeDuration state platform variety

Vitor as per the other request - I am clearly happy with these but as I am maybe more involved in the specific changes it is probably best if you review and approve / comment?
