Implement numba example

Implement example with numba

• Add options to pass shape, i.e dynamic, single or multiple (numba doesn't support dynamic, which is default).
• Mark singularities that is -inf as not finite.
• Use == for comparison rather than numpy.isclose, since numpy.isclose is not supported by numba (see https://github.com/numba/numba/issues/5977)
