some file is very big so that i don't want to synchronnizer to the file server.So, how did i ignore the 'big' file or direcotry.

Sourcesync only transfers the focused file, or the ones in the change list or the ones in you've selected. It's up to you (for now) to manually select the files you want to be transferred.
