End documentation – a guide for other cities to follow #12

My project is limited to a single city (although it is a large one). 🏙 I want to produce some easy end documentation showing how others can 'Kickstart the city' where they live.

What is the best way to do this:

A step-by-step guide to what this project involved?
A quick tips post on my blog?
What would you want to know?

Amazing idea! I live in Cairo which is a crowded city and the reachability in @digitalgrassroots covers many cities in different continents so I recommend creating a guide for launching the project in different areas with removing any cultural approaches/ considerations as in many areas, people suffer from Digital Illiteracy And you can then share your personal experience in a separate blog, what do you think ?

Thanks @noha182 - I've started to turn the Roadmap into a step by step guide - but yes I will try to look through for cultural considerations. Please let me know if there are specific things that would help in this respect, eg, a lot of cultures access internet through mobile, which is harder to create this kind of content on.
