I packaged otree in the AUR: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/otree 🥳

This PR simply updates README.md about the instructions.

Thank you for your work 😄! Regarding the AUR, I am a user, not a maintainer, and I don't have experience in creating and maintaining AUR packages. But I will spend some spare time learning about it later.
