Changes made from production deployment feedback.

This is already tested .. @tagdapix if you want to take a quick review. You can merge anytime you want. This will not change anything your working on unless you hit a network or chain_id error; it will put the transaction into review now.

Also, you can comment out the CHAIN_ID on the testnet server if you want to ensure it does not error when there is an upgrade.
