Merge PR number 11 and 12 first .. After a successful merge of PR's 11, 12, and 13. You can merge develop to master and upgrade the server. When releasing, run "Upgrading from 0.1.0 to 0.3.0" in the database:

You can run the Upgrading SQL before or after the code is update. You might as well run SQL before upgrading the code.
