Model 14 won't load in Oryx.

it works after restarting Tomcat. for next time, add the exception in the 
stdout.log and catalina.log in the issue. I still dont know what was the 
problem with this model

tomcat stops working after a while. this is due to insufficient memory to keep 
class definitions. from now, we have to set XX:MaxPermSize=512m on our virtual 
machines, including Tomcat's VM.
