XPDL with a NodeGraphicsInfo with no X or Y coordinate #160

This caused the XPDL canoniser to fail with a NullPointerException. The area of 
cade can be found in the XPDL2Canonical at about line 365.

Added some basic NullPointerException handling to stop it from trying to get 
the data that doesn't exist.
